1. Services and Products
We provide office-focused anti-stress routine education and physical products including the Desk Reset Card Deck (A$34.00), Breath Timer Stand (A$48.00), and Team Calm Kit Bundle (A$129.00). Descriptions, images, and pricing on calm-kits.html are presented in good faith and may be updated. Orders are confirmed when we acknowledge acceptance in writing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have organisational authority to bind your employer when placing team orders. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will use products and routines in a safe, lawful manner.
3. Educational Nature of Routines
Content on recoveryoungpure.world is for general workplace wellness education. Routines involve breath work, posture, and attention practices. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your health circumstances. Stop any activity that causes pain or dizziness and seek appropriate support.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, routine sequences, card layouts, facilitator guides, logos, and site design are owned by Recoveryoungpure or licensed to us. You may view and print materials for personal or internal workplace use unless otherwise agreed. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute content commercially without written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, harass staff, or submit unlawful content through our contact form. We may suspend access for violations.
6. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Orders are initiated via contact or confirmed invoices. Payment terms will be stated on your invoice. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier for shipped kits. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Australian Consumer Law rights apply to eligible consumers and are not excluded where prohibited.
7. Workshops and Visits
Studio and on-site micro-workshops require reasonable notice for cancellation. We may reschedule due to safety, weather, or staffing. Travel fees for on-site visits outside agreed zones will be quoted in advance.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that routine outcomes will match any particular experience. Liability for non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law remains unaffected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recoveryoungpure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or product misuse. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless a higher minimum is required by law.

15. Pricing and Errors
Displayed AUD prices include GST where applicable. Obvious typographical errors may be corrected before order confirmation. We will notify you and offer cancellation if a confirmed price was incorrect.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, or utility failures affecting our Maroubra studio.
17. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with an enforceable term closest to the original intent.
