Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical calm kits sold by Recoveryoungpure: Desk Reset Card Deck, Breath Timer Stand, and Team Calm Kit Bundle. Digital routine guidance accessed on recoveryoungpure.world is not returnable as a physical good but may be addressed under separate service agreements if applicable.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened kits in original packaging within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding outbound shipping unless the error was ours. Opened card decks and used timer stands cannot be resold as new and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
Inspect deliveries promptly. Report transit damage within seven days with photos of packaging and items. Manufacturing defects such as non-functioning timer LEDs or misprinted cards will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion after assessment.
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us with your order reference, product name, and reason for return.
- Receive return authorisation and shipping instructions to our Maroubra address or approved depot.
- Pack items securely with all components (cards, stands, cables, guides).
- Ship using a trackable service. Risk in transit is yours until goods arrive unless we arranged prepaid return labels.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of receiving returned goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. If a partial bundle return is requested, pricing will be recalculated at single-unit rates where applicable.
6. Exchanges
You may exchange unopened items for another kit variant of equal or greater value with payment of the difference. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed facilitator guides, items marked final sale, and products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage (excessive heat, liquid exposure) are not eligible for return except under consumer guarantees.
8. Workshops and Services
Cancelled on-site micro-workshops may receive credit toward future sessions if we receive at least forty-eight hours notice. No-shows may forfeit prepaid fees unless rescheduled by mutual agreement.
9. Warranty Care
Breath Timer Stand includes a twelve-month repair or replace warranty for manufacturing faults under normal office use. Card decks are covered against misprints and missing cards on arrival.
10. International Orders
Primary fulfilment is within Australia. International requests are assessed case-by-case; return shipping costs for international change-of-mind returns are borne by the buyer unless goods were misdescribed.
